Nextlox combines smart lockers with software for secure storage, issue, receipt and returns. Solutions range from personal and laptop lockers to parcel, tool and medication lockers. Access options include RFID, NFC, QR codes and a mobile app. Connections to existing systems allow processes to be largely automated. LockerSpecialist helps you determine which Nextlox configuration suits your users, the flow of goods and the available space.
Nextlox focuses on the complete locker process, not just the lock in the door. A system can be configured for personal belongings, laptops, parcels, aids, medication, keys or tools. This makes it suitable for offices, healthcare, retail, hospitality, logistics and industry. The lockers have a modular design and can include charging points, ventilation, lighting and different compartment sizes. The configuration is therefore based on what will be stored and how it will be handled.
Depending on the configuration, users gain access through RFID or NFC, a QR code, PIN or mobile app. The software supports compartment allocation and records issue, receipt and returns. A personal locker requires a different workflow from a parcel locker bank or IT service point. Permissions, notifications and any time limits are therefore tailored to the purpose. A central dashboard gives the manager an overview, and the system can grow as more users, sites or applications are added.
A Nextlox system can connect to access control, facilities management, ticketing, payments, CRM, e-commerce and other back-office systems. This allows users to gain access with an existing card, recipients to receive automatic notifications and equipment issues to be recorded. LockerSpecialist first maps the user journey, required data and exceptions. We then work with you to determine compartment layout, controls, integrations and installation. This ensures that a technically complete system also fits the daily process.
