Pareva smart lockers
Pareva develops software-controlled smart locker solutions for secure storage, issue and handover. An electronic motorised lock, controllers and software form a modular platform that can be integrated into different types of lockers and furniture. Its solutions are intended for businesses, healthcare, education, logistics, retail and public institutions. LockerSpecialist helps you configure a Pareva locker system around your workflow, access requirements and physical locker layout.
Description Pareva
Software-controlled lockers with motorised locks
The electronic motorised lock is the foundation of a connected Pareva locker system. A controller and software operate the lock, allowing a compartment to be released automatically for the right user or process step. Unlike a stand-alone PIN or RFID lock, most of the intelligence sits in the overall platform. The same technical foundation can therefore serve personal storage, IT service points, charging stations, issue and returns, parcel handling or mobile locker solutions. Compartment sizes, materials and controls can be tailored to each project.
Access, tracking and process automation
A Pareva solution can be configured for contactless access and automated handover. The identification method depends on the project and connected systems. The software records relevant compartment status information and supports workflows where it matters when an item is deposited, released, collected or returned. This is useful for company assets, parcels, documents, keys and other goods. Digital processing of users and actions reduces manual issue work and keeps the process available outside normal opening hours.
A modular platform and system integration
Pareva positions its platform as modular and scalable. New modules, compartments or applications can be added to an existing setup within its technical limits. Integration with other software and existing processes is also a key part of the solution. A well-planned project therefore starts with the user journey, permissions, exceptions and management roles, rather than the number of doors. LockerSpecialist translates these requirements into the cabinet layout, locks, controllers, controls and integrations. The result is a smart locker solution that fits the organisation and can grow over time.
Frequently asked questions about Pareva
A Pareva smart locker system combines electronic motorised locks, controllers and software. Together, these components control access to compartments and the required storage, issue or return workflow.
Pareva can be used for personal storage, IT service points, charging stations, parcels, issue and returns, documents, keys and other goods. The exact configuration is determined for each organisation and process.
Pareva is primarily a platform for complete smart locker solutions. The motorised lock is one part of a system comprising controllers, software, user controls and any integrations.
System integration is an important part of the solution. The connections available depend on the interfaces, security requirements and desired data exchange. These are established during the technical design stage.
The platform is modular and can be expanded with additional compartments, modules or applications within the chosen architecture. It is advisable to allow for future growth when designing the power supply, controllers, software and space requirements.
This may be possible if the doors, locking mechanism, available mounting space and technical infrastructure are suitable. For a retrofit, we first check whether conversion is reliable and financially sensible compared with a new locker bank.
