Frequently asked questions about toilet partitions

Yes. Compact HPL is fully waterproof and dimensionally stable. Shower applications may use thicker panels or additional reinforcement, but the material itself does not absorb water or swell.

With normal maintenance, Compact HPL partitions typically last ten to twenty years. Their resistance to scratches, impact and repeated cleaning gives them a considerably longer service life than standard chipboard or melamine panels.

Yes. In addition to standard colours, Compact HPL is available in wood effects, project-specific colours and selected printed finishes. This allows the cubicles to complement a school, hospitality or office interior.

Compact HPL is much more resistant to vandalism than standard chipboard or lightweight plastic. For higher-risk locations we can specify thicker panels, reinforced profiles and tamper-resistant hinges.

The exact space depends on the layout. A standard cubicle is commonly designed around a depth of approximately 120 cm, while refurbishment projects can be tailored to existing walls, pipework and circulation space.

Yes. Existing partitions can often be replaced within the current footprint. New panels are measured to suit the floor, walls and services, so extensive demolition is usually unnecessary.

Yes. They offer more privacy by minimising noise, light and air flows. This is often chosen in premium office projects and hotels.

Aluminium is lighter, more economical and fully corrosion-resistant. Stainless steel offers a more luxurious look and extra strength, but is usually only chosen for projects with higher design standards or greater vandal resistance.

Compact HPL requires little maintenance. Regular cleaning with a mild cleaner is sufficient. The material does not absorb dirt or moisture, so no specialist treatment is required.

Yes. For primary schools or daycare centres, doors are available with custom height, locking systems or finger-safe hinges for extra safety.

We deliver the lockers directly from our central storage or directly from the factory. Transport is handled by professional logistics partners who have experience in furniture transport, so that the products arrive safely and undamaged.

This varies by project. Steel and HPL lockers are often delivered fully assembled. Washroom partitions are generally supplied as a kit and assembled on site by our installation team.

Yes, we almost always provide installation by experienced installers. In larger projects we plan this in consultation with the contractor, facility team or project manager. Our installation specialists are ready for you.

After agreement on the offer you will receive a clear schedule. For larger projects this is aligned with the contractor, facility management or project management. We take into account building phases, delivery dates and accessibility of the location.

Depending on the manufacturer and materials the delivery time is between 5 - 8 weeks. Selected ranges may be available sooner, typically within 3–4 weeks. Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. In the quotation we always mention an actual delivery time.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a schedule with expected delivery week. We will keep you informed when the production or transport changes.

For project orders we use a clear payment schedule. Because it is often customised, we work with a deposit when the order is placed and the rest after delivery or installation. This is always mentioned in advance in the quotation so that you know exactly what to expect.

You always receive an invoice in advance for the deposit. Once the products are delivered or assembled, you will receive the final invoice. For larger projects we work with partial payments.

You can pay by bank transfer. For business customers we do not work with online payment methods such as iDEAL because we deliver custom projects without a webshop.

Payment on account is possible for permanent business customers or when this has been agreed in advance. New clients usually pay a deposit.
