Description Digilock
Electronic locks for a wide range of settings
Digilock combines a distinctive design with different levels of functionality. The range includes wireless, wired and mechanical versions. Curve, Pivot and VERSA are particularly relevant for lockers, while other series are also used on cabinets, drawers and mobile furniture. Access is possible using a keypad, RFID card or tag, and a smartphone on compatible smart locks. This allows the system to suit anything from a small changing room to a large office or education building with many users.
Digilock VERSA and operating modes
Digilock VERSA is a compact wireless electronic lock for lockers and storage furniture. Available with a keypad or RFID, it can be configured for assigned or shared use. In assigned mode, the same person always uses the same locker. In shared mode, a user chooses an available locker and the assignment ends when it is opened. This makes VERSA suitable for both staff lockers and temporary visitor storage. Depending on the management configuration, manager locks, programming keys and additional management tools can be used for settings and emergency access.
Management, accessories and installation
Management requirements are just as important as the way users operate the lock. Digilock offers options ranging from basic management to network management through DigiLink. A stand-alone lock may be appropriate when local management is sufficient. At larger sites, central monitoring and management can save considerable time. Installation also requires attention: the door material, thickness, opening direction, cam position and possible reuse of an existing cut-out determine which version fits. LockerSpecialist advises on locks, accessories and configuration, and can include the solution in a complete locker installation.

Frequently asked questions about Digilock
Depending on the model, you can open a Digilock lock with a PIN, RFID card, tag, wristband or smartphone. Not every product line supports all methods, so the preferred access method is an important starting point when choosing a lock.
VERSA is a versatile wireless electronic lock for lockers, cabinets and other storage furniture. It is available with a keypad or RFID and can be configured for assigned users or shared, temporary use.
VERSA can be retrofitted to many existing lockers, but it will not automatically fit every door. The cut-out, door thickness, cam, opening direction and available mounting space must be checked first.
In assigned mode, a locker remains allocated to one user. In shared mode, a user temporarily chooses an available locker. Once opened, the locker becomes available for someone else.
Depending on the version, the manager uses a manager key, an authorised RFID credential or network management. Certain electronic keys can also supply emergency power when the battery voltage is too low.
Yes. Alongside stand-alone management, Digilock offers smart locks that can be managed centrally through DigiLink. Whether network management is worthwhile depends on the number of locks and the need for remote management, user administration and usage information.
