Description Washbasins and washbasin tops

HPL washbasins for professional washrooms

In schools, sports facilities, offices and healthcare settings, washbasins are used far more intensively than in domestic bathrooms. We therefore provide project-specific washbasin solutions designed for large user groups and daily cleaning. The basis is a custom washbasin top or multi-user washbasin unit with cut-outs for one or more basins. Taps, soap dispensers, mirror panels and other accessories can be incorporated into the layout. This creates a clear, practical wash station tailored to the room.

Compact HPL: water-resistant and easy to clean

Compact HPL, generally 10 or 12 mm thick, is highly suitable for washbasin tops in professional washrooms. The material is water-resistant, rigid and highly resistant to impact, wear and scratching. Its closed surface is easy to clean. Correctly machined exposed edges and accurately finished cut-outs, connections and joints remain essential for a durable installation. Tops are available in various colours and decors and can be matched to sanitary cabins, toilet partitions, lockers and other interior elements.

One or more wash stations, fully made to measure

An HPL washbasin top can be designed for one user or as a long multi-user top with several basins and taps. Standard depths are 400 and 600 mm. Depending on the selected design, a single-piece top can be manufactured up to approximately 2600 mm long. Longer arrangements are assembled from multiple sections with carefully finished joints. Length, depth, panel thickness, edge finish and cut-out positions are determined for each project. A splashback, raised rear panel or space for dispensers can also be incorporated.

Technical preparation and professional installation

With a custom washbasin top, the sanitary fittings and interior construction must align precisely. Cut-outs for basins can be CNC machined from the final product template. We therefore confirm the positions of the basins, taps, traps, pipework and wall fixings before production. For refurbishment projects, we check whether existing connections can be reused. After production, the top is delivered safely and installed professionally, including the agreed structural support.

The products in the category Washbasins are rated by our customers at 10.0 out of 10.0 based on 9 reviews.
