Description Euro-Locks
From cylinder locks to smart locker systems
The breadth of its range is a major advantage of Euro-Locks. A mechanical cylinder, cam or combination lock may be suitable for a simple, robust locker. Where key management is undesirable, digital PIN and RFID locks offer greater flexibility. Well-known electronic ranges include Nimbus, Horizon and Gemini. Solutions such as RAS 2.0 and Zodiac Workspace provide more extensive locker management. This gives you a choice within one brand between locally operated locks and systems that support reservations, allocation or remote management.
Euro-Locks Nimbus, Horizon and RAS
Nimbus and Horizon are digital locks developed for lockers, cabinets and similar storage. Different versions support private use, shared public use or Remote Allocation System management. For wet or chlorinated environments, options include an IP65 version of Nimbus. RAS 2.0 allows access codes to be generated and lockers reserved remotely without every lock needing a permanent network connection. The right combination depends on the site, required flexibility, emergency access and how lockers are allocated to users.
Choosing and replacing a Euro-Locks lock
When replacing locker locks, we look beyond the brand and appearance. The mounting footprint, cylinder length, door thickness, opening direction and cam must match the locker. We also establish whether the manager needs a master key, override key, master code or digital management. Some Euro-Locks models are specifically designed to make upgrading an existing model straightforward. LockerSpecialist checks the technical requirements and recommends a solution suited to current use and any future expansion.

Many mechanical and digital models are available with a master or override function. This gives a manager access if a key is lost, a code is forgotten or an emergency occurs. The options vary by lock series.
Often, yes, particularly when the mounting footprint and dimensions match. The cut-out, door thickness, opening direction and cam still need to be checked. We assess in advance whether a direct replacement is possible or modifications are required.
