Yes. We offer service and maintenance on site, both for mechanical locks and electronic systems. For smart lockers we can also provide periodic remote management and support.
We deliver the lockers directly from our central storage or directly from the factory. Transport is handled by professional logistics partners who have experience in furniture transport, so that the products arrive safely and undamaged.
This varies by project. Steel and HPL lockers are often delivered fully assembled. Washroom partitions are generally supplied as a kit and assembled on site by our installation team.
Yes, we almost always provide installation by experienced installers. In larger projects we plan this in consultation with the contractor, facility team or project manager. Our installation specialists are ready for you.
After agreement on the offer you will receive a clear schedule. For larger projects this is aligned with the contractor, facility management or project management. We take into account building phases, delivery dates and accessibility of the location.
Yes. By arrangement, installation can take place during evenings or weekends. This is useful for schools, healthcare facilities and offices that remain occupied during normal working hours.
We work from the drawings and information supplied by the client. Please identify concealed pipes, underfloor heating and structural elements before installation. If the preferred fixing position is unsuitable, we can propose an alternative method.
Installation time depends on the number of lockers, material and complexity of the room. A standard steel installation can often be completed in one day; Compact HPL lockers and washroom partitions generally require several days.
Often, yes. Steel lockers are relatively straightforward to relocate. Compact HPL and bespoke installations require more preparation, and our installation team can carry this out at additional cost.
We inspect products when they arrive on site. Any transport or installation damage is recorded immediately and resolved through our service procedure, so the client does not need to coordinate separately with the carrier.
Yes, if desired, we can disassemble and remove existing lockers or walls. We include this as a separate item in the quotation.
Yes. For LoQit, Digilock, Nextlox, Pareva and other electronic systems we provide both hardware installation and technical commissioning. We coordinate software configuration and user management with the client and the relevant technology supplier.

Tell us in advance about lifts, narrow passages, restricted delivery times or other site constraints.
The site must provide a safe unloading method when delivery arrives in a trailer without a tail lift. We will confirm this with you during planning.
Forklift truck
A forklift with sufficient lifting capacity is the most efficient way to unload pallets or locker units from the trailer.
Loading dock
A suitable loading dock also allows safe unloading without a tail lift. The driver will only unload when the equipment and surroundings provide a safe situation for people, the trailer and the goods.
Depending on the manufacturer and materials the delivery time is between 5 – 8 weeks. Selected ranges may be available sooner, typically within 3–4 weeks. Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. In the quotation we always mention an actual delivery time.
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a schedule with expected delivery week. We will keep you informed when the production or transport changes.
Yes, in exceptional cases, delivery times can change due to production planning, transport or availability of materials. We will notify you promptly if the schedule changes.
Yes, by arrangement. However, when products are already ready, temporary storage may entail costs. We always agree with you in advance.
As soon as the production is ready we will contact you to agree a delivery date. In projects we combine this with the installation planning.
We usually work with time windows because we depend on transport and traffic situations. For large projects we may be able to arrange a more specific arrival time.
When no one is present to unload the delivery is scheduled again. This could cause additional costs. Please ensure that an authorised person is present on the agreed delivery day.
For project orders we use a clear payment schedule. Because it is often customised, we work with a deposit when the order is placed and the rest after delivery or installation. This is always mentioned in advance in the quotation so that you know exactly what to expect.
You always receive an invoice in advance for the deposit. Once the products are delivered or assembled, you will receive the final invoice. For larger projects we work with partial payments.
You can pay by bank transfer. For business customers we do not work with online payment methods such as iDEAL because we deliver custom projects without a webshop.
Payment on account is possible for permanent business customers or when this has been agreed in advance. New clients usually pay a deposit.
